ae222 does not accept deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties. If a third-party payment is identified, ae222 will return the funds to their source and may suspend the associated account pending investigation. It is your responsibility to ensure that all payment methods used on ae222 are registered in your own name.

ae222 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to individual terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms will prevail in relation to that promotion only.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

Unauthorised use of ae222's intellectual property will result in account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ae222 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from system downtime, data loss, delayed payments, game malfunctions or third-party payment provider errors. ae222's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player to ae222 in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

ae222 makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. ae222 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance that may result in Platform downtime, but is not liable for losses suffered during any period of unavailability whether planned or unplanned.

ae222 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects players' rights or obligations, ae222 will display a notice on the Platform at the time the amendment takes effect. The amended Terms will apply to all new bets and transactions placed after the effective date. If you continue to use the Platform after an amendment has been published, you are deemed to have accepted the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may withdraw any remaining real-money balance in your account subject to these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
